Sara is on the board of the Al D. Rodriguez Liver Foundation (ADRLF) and on October 4, 2010, Sara attended the 'Broadway Takes The Runway' event to benefit the foundation in New York City. She wore a special ADRLF t-shirt to raise awareness and the shirt is being sold online along with other ADRLF merchandise.
